If you’ve ever felt consumed by feelings of unworthiness & self-doubt, today’s episode is for you.
This episode is a vulnerable share where I’ll be telling you a story about how I learned to navigate debilitating self-doubt in my corporate career.
This week I’m reading a personal essay I wrote about my struggle to answer this one very common job interview question:
“So, tell me about yourself.”
This question used to send me into a tailspin of panic, overwhelm, and insecurity. This week’s episode is all about how I learned to find genuine confidence and answer that question loudly and proudly despite having struggled with it so deeply.
My hope is to make your heart feel a little lighter, and your confidence a little bit bigger after you listen to this. If you struggle to feel good about yourself, you’re definitely not alone <3 And - with a little patience and self-compassion, I promise, it gets better.
Enjoy!
P.S. To listen to my other pieces of writing, check out episodes 204, 102, 95, 83, & 67 below:
