Are you self-critical? If so, this episode is for you. Your brain, when left unchecked, can make you feel awful and convince you that you’re the worst person ever. This can feel insanely crappy but the good news is, you’re not broken the way your brain says you are, and you have the power to change what you think and how you feel. And when you do this – you will start showing up with SO much more confidence at work. Tune in to learn how and let me know what you think!

On today's episode we have special guest Brenda Baird (Executive Leadership Coach) on to discuss fear in the workplace. In particular, where it stems from, how it can affect us at work, and what you can do to overcome it. She also talks about what makes a good leader, dealing with burnout, and how to be more self reflective in general. Learning how to dig deeper in our self reflection process and challenging the patterns we uncover is vital in continuing to grow, being a better leader, and feeling more comfortable and confident in your voice and yourself!
Stay safe everyone and thank you for listening! Please subscribe, rate, and share if you enjoy!

Welcome to the show! Today is my favorite kind of interview: long, honest, winding, and a little bit of an escape from the real world. I had so much fun chatting with executive coach, Rayla Bailey, on what it means not only to lead with confidence, but to create joy and fulfillment in one’s life.
We cover so much in this episode – some things you’ll hear us talk about are:
-Mindset
-Being a private/sensitive person
-Building trust with yourself
-Leading
-Separating from the need for external validation
-Chasing joy and playfulness
-The importance of rest
-The pressure to change your physical appearance at work
Rayla was a delight to have on the show, and if you’re wanting to learn more about her, you can check out her website at: https://www.raylabailey.com/

Welcome to another solo episode! Today, I’m talking about how you can take control of your professional trajectory & pave the way for a career path that is truly remarkable.
I think that women in the corporate & professional world deserve best-in-class career development advice. That’s really what was missing for me in my career, and was why I started this show.
As women – we need career guidance that is truly inspirational and allows us to tap into the strongest, most powerful version of ourselves. And that is exactly what this episode is designed to do.
Listen in and I’ll guide you through a way of thinking that will make 2021 (or any year!) the year you show up DIFFERENTLY.
Because when you show up differently, the world responds differently.
And that is when things REALLY start to take off.
I can’t wait for you to listen in.

This conversation is magical and wonderful. Today’s guest Hamidah is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, and the wisdom that she shares in this conversation gave me chills! We talk about finding confidence and learning to lead at work, but the conversation goes so much deeper than that. Hamidah shares priceless wisdom of how we can learn to trust ourselves and our intuition in a way that helps us succeed and feel confident and strong along the way.
Hamidah hosts a wonderful podcast called Sharing Life Lessons, which I have been a guest on! Check out her show over here: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sharing-life-lessons/id1495248815

I’m walking you through how to become confident and how to stick with the process long enough that you begin to experience lasting change. It’s simple – but not easy. This episode will give you the freedom to grow imperfectly and will empower you to start using your voice and building confidence TODAY (there is literally no reason to wait).
